Declaration & Undertaking

1. I hereby, submit myself to the disciplinary authority of the Institute and to rules laid down by concerned competent authorities. I am aware of the fact that I need to maintain the requisite attendance for the academic and other activities by virtue of my being a student of this institute, failing which the Institute has the full and final authority to initiate disciplinary action against me, as per the rules and regulations of the competent authority. I hereby agree to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Institute. In case of any dispute l agree that decision of the institute will be final and binding on me.

2. I have also read, understood and accepted all the codes for discipline, academic standards & mandatory information as mentioned in profile of MIMA, the contents of this admission prospectus, website, undertaking of the institute. I shall take note of all communication put up from time to time.

3. I will observe and abide by the rules made by the Director of the Institute.

4. I am aware that ragging is prohibited in all Educational Institutes by order of Hon. Supreme Court. I will not indulge in ragging activities of any nature, failing which I shall be liable for punishment.

5. I know that registration fee once paid is not refundable.

6. I have understood details about the course for which I have taken admission. I have signed the undertaking after consulting my parents/husband/guardianfter reading all rules & regulations pertaining to the course for which I have taken admission, I assure, I will strictly abide by all the rules & regulations of the institutes.
