MITCON Employability Program (MEP)
In the modern era of education, a degree is important but not sufficient. The gap between qualification and meaningful employment is bridged by Employability Education.
Employability refers to a person’s capability of gaining and maintaining employment. Employability depends on the knowledge, skills and attitude they possess, in addition to the way they present those assets to employers. Employability also implies something about the capacity to function in a job and be able to move between jobs, thus remaining employable throughout their life.
